Facilities

The Facilities Management Support role we offer both the Public and Private sectors, including specialist Care Homes & Hospitals, is one of the core services provided by Vine. Designed to support and assist organisation with their FM needs, we offer a depth and range of experience gathered over the last 15 years.

Our scope of support includes, the preparation of an organisations Site Safety Management Files, preparation and management of their Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules, the tendering of out sourced contracts and the management of both hard and soft services contractors on behalf of our clients.

We can offer a Help Desk service, identifying, appointing and managing service suppliers on behalf of our clients, while retaining these service suppliers under the Vine Technical Services umbrella.

Space moves, office reorganisations and relocations also forms part of the service we can manage for our clients.

Either in support of an existing FM or when an organisation needs dedicated FM support for a limited period or specific project, Vine Technical Services have the experience to meet the needs of our clients.

Environmental

Environmental considerations were an optional extra are now long gone. A constant stream of new legislation, not to mention the pressure of the green lobby, means that these issues must be effectively and securely managed as a business priority. We provide comprehensive solutions to environmental management requirements, including asset surveys, waste monitoring, repairs and ongoing maintenance.
